Republic All-In-One Drying System developed for today's high volume canning and bottling facilities. This turnkey system is designed to remove 99% of bulk water from cans and bottles measuring up to 3" wide and 10" tall at line speeds of 400-700 CPM. Standard components inlude a fully enclosed RB1200HC blower with 20 HP motor, high capacity inlet filter with change gauge, two 36" long side air knives, one 18" long top air knife, a no-tool quick change air knife adjustment system, 60" long air knife overspray enclosure, drain pan, all interconnecting fittings, and free standing legs. All metal components are stainless steel and the overspray enclosure includes acrylic viewing windows. Please contact CFP with questions.
