Republic All-In-One Drying System developed for today's high volume canning and bottling facilities. This turnkey system is designed to remove 99% of bulk water from cans and bottles measuring up to 3" wide and 10" tall at line speeds up to 400 CPM. Standard components inlude a fully enclosed RB1200HC blower with 15 HP motor, high capacity inlet filter with change gauge, two 30" long side air knives, one 12" long top air knife, one 6" long nozzle knife for targeted cap drying, a no-tool quick change air knife adjustment system, 48" long air knife overspray enclosure, drain pan, all interconnecting fittings, and free standing legs.
