Dekker Vmax oil-sealed liquid ring vacuum pump system including the following: Dekker model DV0550D-KA1 single-stage liquid ring vacuum pump with 40 HP premium efficiency TEFC motor (230/460v), fabricated steel baseplate, 5-stage discharge separator-reservoir with coalescing filter, seal fluid isolation valve, Y-strainer, solenoid valve, separator drain valve, sight gauge, temperature RTD for discharge temperature indication and high temperature protection, air-cooled heat exchanger, inlet check valve, hydraulic hose seal fluid line, and full charge of Vmaxol sealing fluid. Automatic UL listed controls are enclosed within a NEMA 12 panel and include a microprocessor with four line LCD display with integral hour meter, HMI keypad with multiple color status LEDs (Hand/Auto, Power, Run, Stop, Run Status), across-the-line magnetic motor starter with 3-phase overload protection, vacuum transducer for vacuum level control & indication, pressure transducer for back pressure indication, and 24v DC power supply. Inlet filter and vacuum relief valve are strongly recommended and sold separately.
