Dekker Vmax oil-sealed liquid ring vacuum pump system including the following: Dekker model DV1200B-KA1 single-stage liquid ring vacuum pump with 60 HP premium efficiency TEFC motor (230v or 460v), fabricated steel baseplate, 5-stage discharge separator-reservoir with coalescing filter, seal fluid isolation valve, Y-strainer, spin-on oil filter, solenoid valve, separator drain valve, sight gauge, temperature RTD, air-cooled heat exchanger, inlet check valve, vacuum relief valve, inlet filter, hydraulic hose seal fluid line, full charge of Vmaxol sealing fluid, and an exhaust drip leg. The NEMA 12 enclosed control panel includes Dekker’s ControlDEK PLC & HMI along with Modbus RTU communication.

All of the above components will be assembled as individual systems and include all interconnecting piping. All systems will be given a mechanical running test to ensure that all the components function properly.
